1 part dried Echinacea root
1 part dried Elderberries
1 part dried Astragalus root
1 part dried Ginger root
Honey (optional)

Combine equal parts of dried Echinacea root, Elderberries, Astragalus root, and Ginger root in a mixing bowl.
For each cup of tea, use 1-2 teaspoons of the herbal blend.
